About Joint Ease Daily
We publish simple kitchen guides for people who want to stay comfortable and keep moving as the years go by.
What we do
Most people find us through our short videos on Facebook. In them, Baba Mia shows the kind of home care that village grandmothers have always practiced: warm drinks, slow soups, a rub for tired knees, a warm pouch for the back.
Our guides put that on paper. Each one is a PDF you can read on your phone or print at home, written in plain language, with exact amounts and ordinary groceries.
Who is Baba Mia?
Baba Mia is the storyteller of Joint Ease Daily. She is a character we created to carry the kitchen habits of Eastern European village grandmothers, and "Baba Mia" is a pen name.
The pictures and videos of her are illustrations made with AI tools. They do not show a real person. The stories she tells are written in her voice to share a tradition, and they are not a record of one person's life.
How we choose what goes into a guide
- Ingredients you can buy in an ordinary supermarket.
- Steps short enough to follow on a tired day.
- No miracle claims. Food and home care can make everyday life more comfortable. They do not cure disease.
- Nothing that can hurt you. If a traditional remedy can burn or irritate the skin, we leave it out and say so.
We are not doctors, and our guides are not medical advice. Please read the legal notice.
