These terms apply when you use jointeasedaily.com or buy one of our guides. Please read them. They are written to be understood.
1. Who we are
Joint Ease Daily is published by STALWARTER MEDIA S.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Contact: mia@jointeasedaily.com. Full details are in the legal notice.
2. What we sell
Digital guides in PDF format: cookbooks and home care guides. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and paid for through Gumroad. Gumroad, Inc. is the merchant of record for the sale, which means it takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT the law requires, and sends your receipt. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the purchase.
Prices are shown in US dollars. In some countries a lower regional price is shown at checkout. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout before you confirm.
4. Delivery
You receive your files by download right after payment and by email. See the delivery policy.
5. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See the refund policy.
6. What you may do with a guide
When you buy a guide you receive a personal licence to use it. You may:
- read it on your own devices,
- print it for yourself and the people you live with.
You may not sell it, share the file or the download link publicly, upload it to another site, or present it as your own work.
7. Health information
Our guides and this site share recipes and traditional home care for general wellbeing. They are not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a doctor, a pharmacist or any treatment you have been prescribed.
Talk to your doctor before you change your diet or routine, especially if you take medication, have a health condition, are pregnant, or have food allergies. You are responsible for checking each ingredient against your own allergies and needs. If a joint is hot, red, badly swollen, numb, or hurts after a fall, see a doctor.
8. Our content
The text, recipes, images, videos and design on this site and in our guides belong to STALWARTER MEDIA S.R.L. or are used with permission. Baba Mia is a character created by us. Please do not copy or reuse our content without asking first.
9. The site
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of mistakes. We may update the site and our guides from time to time.
10. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the guide you paid for. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumer law gives you.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
If something goes wrong, please write to mia@jointeasedaily.com first so we can put it right. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), which also offers alternative dispute resolution.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought.
