Delivery policy

The short version: our guides are digital PDF files. You get them right after payment. Nothing is sent by post, and there are no shipping costs.
How you receive your order
- Right after payment you see a page with a download button for every file in your order.
- By email. Gumroad sends a receipt with your download link to the email address you entered at checkout. Keep this email. You can use the link again later.
What you receive
PDF files that open on any phone, tablet or computer. You can print them at home for your own use.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the world where Gumroad's checkout is available. Because the files are digital, delivery takes a few seconds wherever you are.
If your files do not arrive
- Look in your spam or promotions folder for an email from Gumroad.
- Check that the email address you typed at checkout was spelled correctly.
- Write to mia@jointeasedaily.com with the email address you used and we will send your files again.
